Q&A
What makes up a good team?
I’d say clear communication, trust, and a shared goal. These elements help keep everyone aligned with what the company needs from us while fostering a collaborative environment.
What are three critical traits a client should look for in a prospective move management company?
Dependability, first and foremost—showing up on time, handling belongings with care, and fulfilling commitments. Expertise is also key, especially in working with elderly clients who require special care and consideration. And, of course, exceptional customer service—the client experience starts from the first call and should be seamless throughout.
If you could relocate anywhere, where would it be?
If I had to choose within the U.S., definitely Florida—somewhere near Orlando or Miami. My family and I love to travel and spend time at the beach, so it would be the perfect place for us.
What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?
“Focus on what you can control and let go of what you can’t.” It’s advice I apply to both my personal and professional life. It helps keep stress in check and allows me to concentrate on making the biggest impact where I can.
Tell us something you’re excited about.
Winning this award is a huge honor—it was such a surprise! But beyond that, I’m excited for 2025 because I know our team has big challenges and goals ahead. I feel confident that with our amazing group, we’ll achieve everything we set out to do. On a personal note, I just finished my college degree in Business Administration, and I’m preparing for my final private exam, which will officially mark my graduation.
