Sometimes the most meaningful feedback arrives not as a quick rating, but as a note that reminds us exactly why we do this work. Patricia from Minnesota reached out after we helped her family navigate an estate clearing following the sudden loss of a parent. She gave us permission to share her words, and we’re sharing them in full:
“WellRive stood out from three additional estate clearing companies we considered & requested estimates from. We appreciated:
- The informative professionalism and kindness of Holly when calling the corpate office;
- The fact that move managers & packers are direct employees of WellRive; the ability for Holly to immediately set up local consult appt (and it was soon!) with Cris McDonald was a big plus;
- Cris following up with a detailed voicemail confirming (like Holly said she would…not all companies verified appt even though promised);
- Cris making a point that a call back wasn’t necessary before we met, unless we wanted to for questions, etc (appreciated this during a hectic time of managing a difficult and sudden death of parent and contacting several similar CO’s);
- The professional yet personable, kind, respectful and non-rushed approach of Cris McDonald and her colleague, Lisa, and the care they took to answers questions and explain services (it felt personable and not just transactional);
- The time Cris took to go over & explain the contract;
- The cost estimate was more reasonable and closer to what we expected for our needs – we didn’t feel like we were being ‘taken’ with high estimates by WellRive when under a time crunch for the move;
- The ability to select services that met our needs (vs an all or nothing package deal);
- The partnerships WellRive has with local donation sites & effort to get items to them;
- The awesome efficiency and personable professionalism of the packers, and excellent project management by Cris McDonald – she’s a gem and went the extra mile to help us & make what is probably a small job for WellRive but a big deal for us, go off without a hitch! Cris showed genuine caring in her work & us as clients during a sad, traumatic family event — combined with being a top notch, doesn’t-miss-a-detail move manager!!
All of this left us grateful for the wonderful service, established trust, and will put WellRive at the top of our list when we need similar services – thank you!!!”
